Kiley Hoffman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained a master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies. She has been practicing in the mental health and addiction medicine field for over 12 years in various capacities. Dr. Hoffman specializes in forensic social work and is certified as a Clinical Trauma Specialist. She currently serves as a Clinical Behavioral Health Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente and was previously employed as a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor at Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.
