Dr. William Penney received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jersey City College, a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University and a Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies. He holds professional licenses as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Social Worker. Dr. Penney has over 40 years of experience within mental health counseling working with adolescents and adults. He currently serves as the Clinical Director for Counseling Care Associates in Rutherford, New Jersey and specializes in the treatment of marital and family conflicts.
